HOW DO I REMOVE COOKIES : COWBOY COOKIE JAR.
Lowenstark's Backlog: 05-21-20XX
Forgot to mention this, despite it's importance to yours truly... I ran into Stephan, former CEO of Midian's Ashagi Corp branch. He runs a hotel now. The best part? I had been screwing this guy over for MONTHS in TOTAL secrecy... and
FINALLY I had the opportunity to openly mock him.
After our little verbal soire came a truly odd happening... the next day, Stephan's wife apparently insists I come over for dinner. So uhh... what the hell?
Stephan Frontenac offers a nod to Laz as he sees the man walk in. In the last months he heard a lot about this philantropist who believed in helping the poor of Midian. Stephan scowled at him as soon as his back was turned, it was people like Laz and
his brotherhood of do
o gooder engineers that made life more difficult for Stephan, and
his wallet less full. He grabs another Devil's poison and do
wn it and says to Beth "What? that no one shot anyone yet?"
Lazarus Lowenstark is looking at David when his eyes slide to Stephan, "Holy crap... Stephan? Long time no harass man! Glad you're out of Ashagi yet? Grew weary of me stealing your projects and reprogramming em'?"
Beth Latynina blinks to the comment on shooting hoping not as does not want someones brains splattered to dress again," no just things.." vague for an moment as looks across to people that just came in frowning for an moment to call to the man had seen in church many times," reprogram what?"
Stephan Frontenac takes a few steps towards Lazarus and says with a confident grin "Lazarus Lowenstark, a pleasure. I've heard great things about your accomplishments building on other peoples work, or was that stealing other peoples work? I'm glad to see though that you are being put to good use as a sewer rat now? Maybe the graffiti on the walls can give you ideas on how
to improve Midian City some more?"
Sagira Lowenstark clenched her fists. She did all that she could to keep from snarling at Stephan. What the HELL was that about? She'd wait patiently for permission to order a drink, not saying a word.
Lazarus Lowenstark was about to respond to David when Stephan stepped up. Laz actually pumped his fist. "NICE! We get villain and hero banter. Twist your moustache, Stephan. Twist it. you know you want to. Yes, I did love building many loving and faithful members of the League from the people you kidnapped off the street and tried to reprogram. See, I'm a honey over vinigar guy. Or is that a honey on flies guy? I can't remember. Anyway, yeah. I gotta dmit, it feels so GOOD to be open with you like this. Ahh... Kat, and Kat again. And QUen. And that Bat Hybrid... oh the list goes on and on. You really are a scumbag, sir. Touche."
Stephan Frontenac chuckles once at Lazarus' words, twisting the hairs on his short goatee above his lip. He actually has a rather smug smile "Well thank you, it's a world that belongs to scum bags that know which ass to suck. Jsut look at our happy mayor, how
many trains do you think he let up his ass to get himself and Midian City where it is today?" He turns his head to Sagira and smiles and asks dismissively "Is she for sale? The hotel needs some more bedtime pillows, our buisness clients keep breaking them."
Sagira Lowenstark mumbled softly to herself, the meds Jon gave her finally wearing off. "Something strong, please...." She lowers her voice, her tone playful. "Anything to drown out the battle of wits with an unarmed person..." That tone would quickly fade as she heard what Stephan had said. Head would turn slowly, offering a sickeningly sweet smile paired with a deathly glare. "Sir, I'm quite sure I'd break them instead of the other way around." She tried to be as polite as possible, but that had hit a nerve. She was her father's daughter, after all.
Reinhardt Stenvaag walked into the club, pausing only long enough to spot Laz and headed for the man. He removed the leash from where it was cliped to his belt, holding it out to him.. as if it burned through the leather gloves he wore. He said nothing.
Lazarus Lowenstark is grinning broadly, each word said by Stephan only increasing it's measure. "YES! That's the spirit. Use the person you assume I care for to twist a verbal knife in my gut. CLASSIC villain. Ahh, this is too rich." He turns sharply, pointing at Sagira, "I warned you about that. This man is an upstanding member of the World UNion. You mind how
you speak to him." He turns back, grin returning rapidly, "Anyway, she's a little mouthy, but that's okay. She makes amazing cookies
. Where was I? Oh right... you were twisting the knife, and I was gonna say..." He snaps his fingers, thinking, "Oh, right- " He pauses, takes the leash, and nods, "Thanks Destro." Then back to STephan, about to continue...
